Since 2013, Bike PATH has been “Breaking the Cycle of Addiction” one mile at a time. This year’s event offers cyclists, volunteers and attendees more to do and more to love than ever! “As a health care provider, there is nothing more important to us than the health of our community,” said Kelley Lovati, community relations coordinator at McLaren Macomb. “CARE shares this sentiment and has created fun and lively events like BIKE Path help to accomplish this goal. Families participating in the Protect MiFamily project and officials from MDHHS and its partner agencies provided an update at a press conference today at the Kalamazoo County MDHHS office. Through Protect MiFamily, federal dollars that Michigan would have spent to support placing children in foster care in the three counties is used to provide services for at-risk families with children ages 0-5 to prevent abuse and neglect.More
