For business owners and C-Suite executives who have had their fill of “shark tank” events where attendees are out to “make a sale” or win the business card collection category, a new opportunity presents itself through the Pinnacle Professional Group.
Such was evident at their premiere event at The Stand in Birmingham last Thursday evening. This event was definitely not your normal networking event. No, it’s too civil, relaxed, and effective to name it a networking event at all. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. By vetted process and invitation only, what is the Pinnacle Professional Group?
After tasting other business and networking groups, PPG’s four original business owners set off to create what they felt would be higher ground, with a simple goal in mind. George Bowman, (Head Golf Professional at Oakhurst Golf & Country Club, and Secretary/Member of the Detroit Red Wing Alumni Association), Stephen Sadler, (Author, and CEO of Buzcast TV, Chairman of the Board of SCATE Technologies, Inc., and CTO of Monsterfoot Productions), Ron Vaughn, (Owner of Priority One Benefits, Allstate Insurance Agency, and President of Amron Associates, Inc.), Mark Schroeder, (Partner at Fenner, Melts & Dooling PLC), wanted to create an atmosphere for high caliber business owners and decision makers to build relationships first, and from that standpoint, find opportunities to help one another get to the next level in their business or career. One founder added, that it’s an opportunity for business leaders to connect with other business leaders for the good of the group and with an even more altruistic goal in mind, that being to provide assistance to charities and non-profits.
The group is two years old and has gained new clarity in its objectives in 2015, making it one of the most sought after invitations for business owners around.
John Carlos and Cathleen Francois, became equal partners to provide direction and expand the already successful group. John Carlos, (Executive Director of Facility Engineering, LLC and GreeningDetroit.com) and Cathleen Francois, CHt., (Asst.Executive Director of GreeningDetroit.com, Facility Engineering, President of LifeActionNow, LLC, and Founder of the International Association of Holistic Providers), have brought their unique marketing and networking skills along with their laser focused direction to Pinnacle Professional Group which now has the attention of multi-million dollar companies, celebrities, and political decision makers; they’re sure to emerge as one of the top business collaboratives in 2015.
“The concept is simple, but important.”, states Cathleen Francois, whose favorite part of the evenings is introducing the newest guests to current members and watching the connections build between them. “Building friendships first brings trust and integrity into the idea of doing business and providing trusted referrals for your clients. We create friendships and a memorable atmosphere of fun and excitement for busy and successful entrepreneurs and decision makers. It’s not just about the ‘usual network night out’, it’s about experiencing a night of creating memorable connections with new friends that are going to support your success. Our venues can be upscale or quirky, unusual or bold. Our members will be extremely surprised by some of the events we have designed for this year. All of us are partners with passion for watching our friends succeed and sharing experiences. We may seem a bit secretive, but it isn’t about competition, it’s about watching our friends make a differences in Michigan’s growth, community, and economy. We’re already discussing expanding the group into different states. We are confident of the success of our mission and model.”
Limited opportunities exist for a few more business owners to take advantage of the enormous opportunities available through this unique owner- to-owner experience. To learn more about this effective organization, please contact pr@pinnacle-professional-group.com, 248-818-4252.
