As part of the Rebuild Michigan program, Clean Energy Coalition’s team of experts is conducting complimentary energy assessments at five
facilities throughout southeast Michigan, including City Mission,Services to Enhance Potential, Ann Arbor’s Bethlehem United Church of Christ, Our Lady of Grace Church in Warren, andthe City of Westland.
During the inspections of more than 250,000 square feet of space, energy assessors discovered many opportunities for increasing energy efficiency. At the end of the inspection process, each organization will receive a comprehensive report that details no-cost or low-cost solutions that will help them reduce energy use and, in turn, lower energy bills. In addition to quick, inexpensive fixes, such as programmable thermostats and lighting sensors, the report will also provide a road map that prioritizes future investments and expected pay-back periods.
An added benefit of participation in Rebuild Michigan is that these organizations will have ongoing access to Clean Energy Coalition’s team of energy efficiency experts. Beyond the initial report, our energy assessment team will provide assistance and guidance to these organizations as they move forward with investing in energy efficiency, including reviewing prospective contractors’ quotes, assessing energy bills, and accessing available incentives and rebates.
While these five organizations are receiving complimentary access to Clean Energy Coalition’s services through Rebuild Michigan, our trained commercial energy auditing team can examine the energy needs of virtually any building and outline a practical, cost-effective strategy to lower energy costs.
